Q: How Do I Join?
A: Click on the "JOIN THE RKFC" button on the home page and select the level you'd like to join at (each are described there). You will have an option to pay once per YEAR, or once per MONTH, select whichever suits you best and follow the steps through.
Q: Can I buy a Gift Membership for someone else?
A: Yes! Scroll to the bottom of the home page and click BUY A GIFT CARD. This takes you to a page where you can either purchase a subscription for someone, or send them a Gift Card for a custom amount. Follow the steps on this page to complete the transaction. You will also have the option to include a personalised message for the recipient.
Q: How do I redeem a Gift Card?
A: Scroll to the bottom of the home page and click "Redeem A Gift Card" . This will take you to a screen where you can enter the code from the gift card and apply it towards your purchase.
Q: How do I change my payment details?
A: Once you are signed in, click on "MY DASHBOARD", which takes you to your personal details. Click the tab that says BILLING, enter your new details and press SAVE.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Once you are signed in, click on "MY DASHBOARD", which takes you to your personal details. Click the tab that says SECURITY and enter your current password and then your new chosen password and press SAVE.
Q: I forgot my password, what do I do?
A: Click on the 'SIGN IN' button as usual and click "Forgot Password?" underneath the password box. This will prompt you to enter your email address, then click "Send Instructions" and you will receive an email to reset your password. Follow the instructions in that email.
Q: When do I have to renew my Membership?
A: This new platform is designed to automatically continue your membership on an ongoing basis to take all of the hassle out of it and keep it as simple as possible. If paying monthly, your membership will automatically be charged once per month on/around the same day you initially joined and will continue until you cancel. If paying annually, your membership will automatically renew once per year around the same day you initially joined, and will continue until you cancel.
Q: How do I CHANGE / CANCEL my Membership?
A: Click on MY DASHBOARD to get to your personal details, then click BILLING. Underneath "Active Plan" click "CHANGE PLAN". Here you can either choose a new plan by clicking your new plan of choice, or cancel by clicking CANCEL MEMBERSHIP below the list of available plans.
Q: Can I upgrade to a higher Tier or switch from Monthly to Annual after I've joined?
A: YES! Click on MY DASHBOARD in the main menu to get to your details, then click BILLING. Underneath Active Plan click CHANGE PLAN and select whichever plan you'd like to switch to and complete the required steps.
